The Women Development Cell (WDC) aims to empower female students and staff by creating a safe, equitable, and inclusive campus environment. The Cell works proactively to sensitize the college community on gender issues, promote awareness about women's rights, and address concerns related to gender-based discrimination or harassment. Various seminars, workshops, counseling sessions, and awareness programs are organized throughout the year to educate and support the development of women on campus.
The WDC also acts as a grievance redressal mechanism and collaborates with external organizations and legal bodies to uphold the values of gender equality and justice within the institution.
